Massage

In addition to providing relaxation, massage and bodywork are powerful tools in the practice self-care. Benefits can include anxiety relief, circulation improvement, and a marked reduction in muscle tension. Our licensed massage therapists are extensively trained in techniques ranging from Swedish Massage to Neuromuscular Therapy.



Nutrition

How do you view food, and its relationship to your body? At Prideful Wellness, our nutritionist offers services designed to celebrate the variety of nourishing options available to us. Through guidance, knowledge, and kindness to ourselves, we can adapt a positive connection to the food that fuels us.



Mental Health

Prideful Wellness is a holistic self-care collective, which means we focus on the whole person — body and mind. Access to high-quality mental health services can be a life-changing way to live your truth, which is why we include a therapist, who is well-acquainted with the unique needs of our community.
